Can Naltrexone cause a false positive opiod drug test?
I tested my daughter who is on Naltrexone 50 mg daily and she tested positive for oxycontin.
She says she did not use any drugs and said maybe the Naltrexone caused a false positive.
I’ve looked all over the internet and can’t find any information on that.
Your help would be greatly appreciated! Can you please e-mail me the answer at rosene21@comcast.net?
Thanks much!
